You’ll learn simple tools to defuse arguments and create compassionate connections with your family, friends and other acquaintances.” – John Gray, Ph.D., author, Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus
Non-Violent Communication (NVC), as developed by Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D., provides us with the skills we need to communicate compassionately when things aren’t going smoothly in a relationship. After an introduction to the theory and structure of the practice, we will have the opportunity to practice working on the real issues in our lives, and we’ll leave with the resources to continue doing so.
